Panic attacks and lump in my throat HELP is it cancer?

Hi im 16 and for the past id say month ive been having panic attacks and problems with breathing. Dis morning i woke up with a sore throat and i just realised that whenever i had my panic attacks it was because i felt lyk there was something in my throat. Im going to doctors tomorrow but im really worried i got mom to look down my throat but she ddnt see anything. Could it be cancer i smoke occasionally and drink whenever i go out (which isn't that often) i had some cough syrup today and the weird lump lyk feeling went away but only for a second. Im so scared :(
