ABNORMAL CELLS WOMEN'S HEALTH?

I am 9 years old, had a baby 3 months ago today. I've been going to my doctor check ups and they told me a month ago that some cells came up abnormal. I went in last week for a biopsy, which wasn't cool at all. Today I got a call from the receptionist I believe, and told me that I had to go in to discuss the results with the doctor, when they usually give me results and prescriptions over the phone.This worries me a lot.. I asked her if she could just tell me what was wrong and she said no, that i had to come in and discuss the results and treatment! WTF does that mean?! haha and they ddnt give me an apt till the end of next week I'm so scared.. A coworker told me that the same thing happened to her and they told her she had HPV and she freaked out made her bf come in and everything bc that was the only partner she had had. She asked to be tested again and she ddnt have it but they wanted her to get that mad expensive vaccine and she refused and found out the doctors lied to her and used some stupid excuse like oh its because sometimes it shoes and some times its wrong.. I'm so scared. And i know no one can tell me what it is but if anyone has been through this can u tell me what they told you? So I can have ideas of what it could be... PLEASE
