Blue light jumping in and out of the ground?

i live in a big apartment complex surrounding an small, old cemetery, i just moved here about 3 or 4 months ago, and my bedroom faces said cemetery, about 40 minutes ago i was (and still am) talking to my best friend on the phone, i was looking outside my window because i thought i saw someone with a flashlight roaming around the cemetery (which is common) so i put on my gasses to see what they were doing out there, they seemed to go under a tree, no big deal so while talking to my friend i kept looking out the window, about 15 minutes after i saw this person i saw this weird little blue light jump out of the ground and back in, like a rabbit jumping from point A to point B, but instead of just jumping it disappeared into nowhere the same way it came out of nowhere, at this point i was thinking it was just an illusion, we all see stuff like that, a second or two later, it did the same exact thing, jumped as if from one hole to another just disappearing, at this point i was freaking out, and every couple seconds it was jumping to get to.......where ever it was going, not in a straight line either, but in a weird pattern, i cant really explain it, at one point it got to this bush, and it kind of went around the bush zig-zagy then off to this tree on the other side of the cemetery, i looked this up everywhere, and ill keep looking harder, it was about 12:30-1:00 AM when i saw it but i was sitting up in bed, wide awake, that's why i'm kind of freaking out here, i've never really been one to believe in ghosts or spirits for that matter, and i know this couldn't have been someone playing with a light or something because the garage shines over the grave yard so you can see things somewhat clearly, and it looked like a huge blue extremely shiny lightning bug just jumping in and out of the ground, i just want to know what it could be, if there's some kind of bug, or weird animal that does this, or even if anyone else has seen the same thing, please tell me, because i want to know if this was real, and if what i saw other people have seen gahhhhhh i'm not going to be able to sleep tonight, ill keep looking out for it, if i find anything related to this i'll post it on here i guess, whatever, i just have to know, curiosity is human nature...unfortunately.
