Is something gonna happen to my goldfish?

Ok...this morning when i was changing the water, and my fish suddenly fell out. :( And it feel out in the sink, thankfully my sink has a sieve and the fish ddnt fall into it. I was shocked and freaked out and nervous!! I quickly turned on the tap ans some water was collected and i managed to catch the fish in about 30 secs. Then i put it back in water and it was a bit sluggish but its fine now. Is it smthing i shud worry about, i feel so guilty...some advice??
