Stuck in Tomb Raider Underworld?

I'm doing Path to Avalon on a 360-it's my first play through. I'm stuck at the door puzzle. I cannot find the second axis for the life of me-it isn't on the pedestal in the smaller cave (nothing is on that pedestal). I've restarted my game multiple times, restarted from the autosave, and restarted from a manual save in No illusions. The only other thing I can find on this problem online was answered by someone saying to skip the level, with no detail on how that's even possible, if it is. HELP!!
