What can i do with this "friend with benefits" i have?

She and i dated, we broke up cuz she ddnt wanted to get hurt, now she "begged" me to completly forget about her because later she felt like she was hurting me, i told her that that wasnt going to happen or that she is not.. i have tried showing her my love and yeah still wonders(sometimes). but after awhile we are used to be around each other and stuff, we kiss, we make out, we have our sexual moments(dry grinding/hickeys/ etc) but we havent had sex yet.. i knw her parents and yeah i get a long with them but then she "goes out" with friends(is it fine she goes out with her ex ex?) but how can i deal with this? i really do love her but idk what to do...
