My 2 yrs old AOC 32"inches LCD TV menu is POPPING UP. Any suggestions to trouble shoot?

AOC Model L327A31 LCD TV, menu is popping up, when contacted company "says they have dis conditioned this model Hence they say helpless" Can some one help me to trouble shoot
