HELP PLEASE!!are libra men jealous?

im still friends w my ex (because i still like him n he knws that)and ever since his friend gave me a nice compliment he wont talk to me and he told his friend he was glad we had met cus we deserved each other becus we were alike & i was like wtf? then i tried sending hm a text asking him wht was wrong n he acted like he ddnt know what i was talking about so i was just like fine w.e. but now i feel like crap because he wnt talk to me..please help
