Banned from xbox live after account was hacked?

I got on my xbox this morning to find that my xbox love account was banned because my bio was inapropriate. The day before I ha to recover my account and change the password because someone hacked it. They changed my bio an then reported me and now I'm banne for a week and ddnt do anything. Is there anything or anyone I can call to get unbanned because I didn't do anything.
