If someone is about 6 months pregnant and they have druk alcohol while in the pregnancy wat can go wrong?

ok so my friend just found out shes 6 months prego nd she has drank alcohol. btw she ddnt kno she was prego nd if she did she wouldnt have. so wat can go wrong in the pregnancy??
