My swimsuit has these gross like tiny ball like things on them?

Ok so I just got a swimsuit a souple weeks ago but it already looks oldish. It has all these tiny like ball things that are rlly weird so how do I get rid of them and make it look newer? btw washing ddnt help. so ya thts all
