Please answer ; just need some quick opinions?

Ok so i like joking around but for some reason i can take offense really easilyy . Im talking to this guy and i rly like him and he is playful but he has said some things pretty hurtful to me..even as a joke and i rly try working on it for my better... But heres an idea of something he said : awww you can say your own name ! I ddnt know dogs can speak lmao wow times must have changed. Ouch ! Feels like im bein talked down to :( i didnt rly express to him why im so fragile like but heres what i worded together (cuz i rly like him and dont want him to think im some moody mess): hey im sorry i got mad... That one just bothered me. Idkk y i take offense to some jokes so easy, i guess its cuz it makes me think im being talked dwn to and it hurts :/ hope that made sense. Short sweet and simple . What do you think ?
